How are predictions made?
Tidepup uses the cycle lengths you log. Until you have logged a few cycles it uses the usual cycle length from Settings. Every prediction is an estimate.
Why is my estimate a range?
Cycles vary from month to month, so the next period is shown as a range of days.
How do I move to a new iPhone?
Restore from an iPhone backup, or use Export backup in Settings and then Import backup on the new iPhone.
How do I restore Pro?
Open Settings, then Tidepup Pro, then Restore purchase. Use the Apple Account you bought it with.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings, then Data, then Delete all data. You confirm twice, and everything is removed from the app.
Is Tidepup a medical device or birth control?
No. Tidepup gives estimates only. It is not a medical device and not for birth control.
